It highlights the potential contribution PHNs can make to supporting professionals and teams to work to full scope of practice, drawing on PHN experience, identifies important local and national context for the Review, and the opportunities presented by recent Federal Budget measures in which PHNs play a role. Potential criteria for assessing options to reform scope of practice are also proposed.
